Onur Dağlıoğlu Takes the Overall Win

The Veloturk Gran Fondo Çeşme 2025, held on October 25–26, marked one of the brightest moments of the season for our team.Our elite rider Onur Dağlıoğlu delivered a commanding performance on the 91 km SALCANO long course, claiming the Overall Classification Victory.Racing aggressively from start to finish, Dağlıoğlu launched a decisive move in the final kilometers, distancing his rivals to cross the line as the overall winner of Veloturk Gran Fondo Çeşme 2025.
A Demanding Course with Technical Challenges
This year’s event unfolded along the scenic and windy Aegean coastline — a narrow, technical course full of climbs, descents, and sweeping corners that demanded focus and control.Team ISS Academy riders Ozan Özlem, Recep Ünalan, Mutlu Erçevik, Buse Özlem, and Şeniz Pamuk all turned in strong performances across their respective categories, securing valuable top-ten finishes and points for the team.
Consistency and Collective Strength
The result in Çeşme was a natural continuation of Team ISS Academy’s upward trajectory throughout the 2025 season.Following podiums in Antalya and Bursa, our team once again stood at the top step of the podium, closing the season with a powerful collective performance.The consistency across multiple age and gender categories demonstrates the depth of our program and the clarity of our long-term vision.
At the Top of Turkey’s Premier Gran Fondo
Recognized as Turkey’s most prestigious amateur cycling event, Veloturk Gran Fondo Çeşme attracted over 700 participants from 17 countries in 2025.Beyond sport, it represents a growing platform for Turkey’s cycling culture and international visibility.By taking the overall victory, our team reinforced its position among the most successful squads representing Turkey on the Gran Fondo scene.

This victory serves as both a reward for an exceptional season and a motivational boost for the upcoming campaign.In 2026, Team ISS Academy aims to expand its international presence—especially in women’s and youth categories—while continuing to build on the success achieved in 2025.The triumph in Çeşme is not the destination; it’s the beginning of a new chapter.
